Hey, I'm on a Roll.

Can you believe it? I've finished another scrapbook page. Wow, I have finished two this week. I think that's two more than I've done in the whole past six months.

Sorry, about the photo of it here though. I can't seem to get a good picture. The colors just don't show up right and it looks a little fuzzy. Usually I take the photos of my cards and projects that I plan to post, either outside or next to a large window so I get a lot of daylight and don't have to use a flash. I think the colors are represented more accurately. But with all the rain we've been getting here in Southern Cal lately I haven't had any nice sunshine to shoot in.

I'm not sure if I'm as happy with this page though as I was with the page I did earlier this week. I wish I had chipboard letters in a different type style and I had a different shade of green craft ink to stamp with. I resolved though that I wasn't going to purchase any more scrapbook or card making supplies until I've used up some of my stash. I just had to use what I had on hand to complete this page.

You may also notice that I don't scrap in chronological order. These photos are from 2002. The scrapbook page I did earlier in the week was from 1998. I was just talking to my sister about this and she commented that she doesn't either (scrap in chronological order that is.) She said she usually scrapbooks photos that she's inspired by. Not to say I don't have a lot of cute photos of the kids between 1998 and 2002. But when I was going through the piles of photos I have, I saw these and immediately thought of a title and the colors I wanted to use. I'd love to hear what inspires you to scrapbook. Leave a comment or email me.
