As I mention in the video, this technique produces some really beautiful results. The finished card stock looks almost like fabric and has a really neat texture. What I forgot to mention is where to find decorative napkins. You can usually find them at party supply stores. I have also found them at Marshall's, Pier I, and Tuesday Morning.
