I cut the tag shape out of a scrap of matboard I had (using my Sizzix Big Shot.) Matboard is the board that framers use to mat photos or artwork. Sometimes you can buy scraps of matboard from a frame shop. If you don't have matboard, chipboard works very well for this technique.
